May 5 - 8, 2007
The National Cottonseed Products Association invites you to its 111th
Annual Convention, May 5 – 8, 2007 at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf
Resort & Spa in Destin, Florida.
The 111th annual convention has been designed to allow attendees and their
families’ ample opportunity to take advantage of all that Florida’s
magnificent Emerald Coast has to offer, while maintaining the basic social
and business gatherings that have made the NCPA convention a favorite
industry event.
Speakers this year include John Pucheu, 2007 Chairman of the
National Cotton Council, Robert Reeves, President, Institute of Shortening
& Edible Oils, Dr. Bill McCutchen, Deputy Associate Director of
the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station and John Baize, John Baize &
Associates. Baize, Reeves & McCutchen will
address cottonseed oil’s advantages in the “no trans fat” debate and
the outlook for biofuels.
Golfers will enjoy four courses on the hotel grounds designed by the likes
of Rees Jones, Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and Tom Jackson, plus dozens of
others a short drive away.
Shoppers will want to take advantage of the Resort’s offerings of unique
stores and outlets. And beach goers! The Emerald Coasts’ white sand
beaches are some of the most breathtaking in the world.
