An important function of the NCPA is to field and answer questions and solve problems relating to cottonseed and cottonseed products -- oil, meal, hulls and linters -- which enhance the overall marketability of these products.

Headquartered in the Cotton Capital of the World -- Memphis, Tennessee -- the association is staffed by an Executive Vice President/Secretary and Treasurer.
