Mexico Consultant Reports
NCPA has targeted Mexico for cottonseed meal and oil. For nearly two decades, NCPA has partnered with USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service to promote the use of cottonseed products in prime U.S. export markets. Since 1994, Ing. Ricardo Silva of Saltillo, Mexico, has been following market events, companies and people that influence the market for cottonseed oil and cottonseed meal in Mexico.
